Manzini is an administrative region with a population of about 200,000, which
represents some 28% of the country's total population. It has an excellent infrastructure
wich caters wll for the growing commercial ad industrial sectors. Property is still
reasonably priced and the town is receiving increasing attention from both tourists and
investors.
Known as the Hub of Swaziland it is the site of the Swaziland Internationsl
Trade Fair whihci has become one of the major annual events in the country. Greater
Manzini which includes the Matsapha Industrial Estate, is indeed the industrial hub of the
country.
